Suzie Doran, Moderator

Suzie has been with the Firm since 2008. Before working at SingerLewak, she was a Senior Manager at Grant Thornton, LLP in their transaction advisory services group. Prior to that, she worked at PwC, primarily in the San Jose office, where she started her career in 1997.  Suzie has worked with Public and Private companies in a variety of industries. She has transactional expertise in initial public offerings, secondary offerings, corporate restructurings, and mergers and acquisitions.

Education & Affiliations

Suzie obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in both English and Economics with an emphasis in accounting from the University of California at Santa Barbara. She is on the executive committees for the boards of the Association for Corporate Growth ("ACG") Los Angeles chapter as well as the OneACG global board, and is the Audit Committee Chair for Urgent.ly. Additionally, she represents SingerLewak on the Board of Directors for PrimeGlobal and is a member of the Women's Leadership Counsel in Los Angeles.
