Each exhibitor is given two comp registrations to attend, additional attendees from your firm may attend at the member rate at the time of registering. The form can only register one person at a time.
ACG Chicago invites our exhibitors to join us for an evening of wine tasting, dinner, and networking with our DealSource participants and Sponsors at The Union League Club, 65 W. Jackson Blvd., Chicago, IL on October 22, 2012 from 5:30 to 8:30 pm. Investment Banks participating in DealSource along with our Titanium/Diamond Sponsors will be hosting Wine Tasting tables. There is no charge to register but is by invitation only and not open to the general attendees of the conference. To register to attend the reception please be sure to indicate on the registration form. Please register your attendees no later than September 14th.
Investment Bankers/Intermediaries will be scheduling appointments with Exhibitors who registered for DealSource at the time of securing their table. The DealSource will run from 2:00 pm to 5:20 pm on October 23, 2012. Registration will be limited to 2 individuals per firm and they will be scheduled for the same appointments together. Please be sure to register those two individuals at the time of registering them for the conference. Additional information will be forwarded to those participating. For those registering to participate please keep in mind the times of DealSource when scheduling flights!
ACG Chicago policy prohibits any attendee, sponsor, exhibitor or industry representative from sponsoring or conducting any type of function or event consisting of a group of 10 or more attendees between the hours of 5:30 pm and 8:00 pm on October 22, 2012 and between the hours of 8:00 am – 6:30 pm on October 23, 2012. This applies to functions or events at the conference site as well as off-site functions in the Chicago metropolitan area.
"A sponsor or exhibitor's failure to adhere to this policy can result in termination of its sponsorship or exhibition privileges, without any refund of fees paid, and loss of the opportunity to act as sponsor or exhibitor in the future for this event or any other ACG Chicago event. ACG also reserves the right to withdraw the conference registration of any person affiliated with the sponsor or exhibitor, without any refund of registration fees."

Shortly you will receive information regarding your company profile. Shipping instructions will be forwarded shortly as well. Last year several firms did not receive their materials in time from a previous conference to ship to our event so we highly recommend that you plan to have materials ready for our conference. Anticipated number of attendees this year is 1200 plus!
