A Game Plan for Driving Corporate Growth in America

Peter R. Orszag

Keynote Speaker

Peter Orszag is the first member of President Obama's cabinet to return to private life, and there is no other speaker who can provide deeper insights into the game plan for driving corporate growth in America.

Orszag has been at the center of some of the most consequential and contentious Washington debates over the last three years. He was head of the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) for two years before joining the Obama administration in January 2009. He was one of Obama's top lieutenants on two of the president's signature legislative efforts: the stimulus bill, passed early in the administration, and the healthcare overhaul passed earlier this year.

Orzag's keynote at the 2010 Midwest ACG Capital Connection will address the dynamics of the Administration’s, Congress’ and the world’s wrangling over economic issues and the very real challenges of job creation, economic growth, deficit reduction, and Washington and the world’s attitude toward business.
